y: im rly ashamed rgt now to say this but this is z only way help me out....am 22 yr old female but im too shy...im eldest i have 2 siblings...zey r like me *shy*...its how we r raised ...so my Q is down there i dont knw how to describe let me jst tell u my symptoms -its dry -my labia minoria at one side little bit enlarged -theres a lot discharge zan usual -its itchy -when i touched it i feel pain but little pain -i jst dont feel comfortable so i used betametasone without recommendation from doc it work for some hours but alekekegnim its been around 7 month ...pls help me im too shy to do anything n as times pass what if it becomes fatal am afraid....so what should i do????

I'm not trying to stress you out but why in the world would you take a medication without recommendation specially a steroid like betamethasone I mean it has a lot of side effect....
