i never knew what i wanted to be. i was really confused when we had to choose between social and science in grade 10. I chose social because i couldn't imagine myself become a doctor, an engineer or any of the professions under natural sciences. But then again i shifted to natural because of my family and stuff. and i was also very confused at the time. Highschool wasn't that bad. I scored good result on matrik. Then i had to choose field. That's when i knew things were gonna get complicated. I chose medicine because all my friends were choosing that and i didn't want to become an engineer so🤷♀. i was in med-school for the last 2 years. And it was hell. I'm not exaggerating. If you don't have any passion for the profession, med-school is your worst nightmare. I dropped and I'm now at unity. and since it's not my first time at uni, I'm not as excited and energetic like my classmates. I'm rather calm and independent. i don't think i will ever make a friend here. it's not a problem now but i'm afraid it will get to me after some time and affect my studies. if there is any med-school drop out among you, please tell me how you managed with it?..and those of you in high-school please take your field choosing seriously. Its you who have to get in there and learn whatever it is. It is you who has to deal with the consequences. Try to know your interest and pursue that. Thanks!🙏
Nov 13, 2019I can relate to you, bro. I choosed the wrong field just because I thought it was prolly the easiest and fun but I ended up messing my life hard, dropped out, and started all over again before it was too late. I think it takes a lot of courage to start things over as messing up during age 15-25 can be pretty much unforgiving so you are in a good beginning.. just keep what you are doing now and everything will come out good, eventually🙌🙌
