The most racist moment ive personally encountered is at high school..it was in addis My History teacher,he ethnicity is amhara nd im oromo. And then he started praising menelik(he knows that we oromo's don't even hear his name) nd history teacher shud follow balanced teaching... And he started to say you oromo's ጠባብ ጥንብ ዘረኛ ናችሁ...bla bla oromo wasn't your name you name is ጋላ...you should thank menelik for not to eradicate you from Ethiopia...i was the only oromo in that class....i freaked out nd punched him in the face...i brought ma fam nd i was disqualified by history then i moved to a new school nd repeated the same class next year. I mean what is the point of this all hate... this is why im still proud of being Oromo not Ethiopian.

This is not what made me hateful rather what made me like them more Im amhara and I've lived in adigrat, tigray for the past 5 yrs. At first my fam was hesitant to send me wedeza gn snhed the people are yemr so kind. I had friends from other ethnic group and we were good and i never mind of any ethnic differences. But every time they meet their same clan friends they always talk in their language even if it is sth that may concern me. What made me sad is that they all r perfect at speaking Amharic but they never wanted to so. Before evt communication is what let us understand each other, so using common language for new commers would be ur part.

I live in debrezeyt I had 2 best friends since 10th grade now I am 5th years campus student... i am oromo both of them are amhara we used to argue everyday about politics just grown up arguement and one day the day hachalu dead I am sad and angry because I heard what he said before he dead a weak before and I knew who killed him and for why reason he is dead but I never showed my anger to nobody and I went to see my friends as always and they started to make fun of it they actually sad not for oromo people at all.. they said we are sad for shashe mnamn after hachalu killed there are more than 300 oromo people are killed and they don't give a fuck actually they said be tiyit nw malet mnamn and I said fuck u both ye neftegna lijoch then I quited since then i don't wana see them again in my life after that day i started to learn more about oromo people and started to make oromo friends and at this moment I know who is oromo's enemy and always has been
