Generally Federal system is preffered in multiethnic society since the need of one group may be much different than the other so decentralization of power helps to adress people's need precisely but Unitary system is also possible in multinational state for example UK followed unitary system though it is a multinational state .......... It is based on prefference of the people of the nation ......... (and a state can also make some form of hybrid of the two systems it shouldn't be one or z other) ...................... ............ But in our country people has confused a "unitary system" with "dictatorship" and loss of identity or sth. It is partially the fault of the politicians who always speak of the unitary system as ጨፍላቂ and telling people the problem with the previous gov't is z "unitary system" and partially due to misunderstanding of the concept............. ........ People need to understand The difference between a unitary gov't and Federal gov't is based on the power distribution amongst the cental gov't and regional gov't enji ......... Other concepts like language, identity and rights of people should be respected in both senses....... Otherwise wheteher the gov't is unitary or federal that gov't is ጨፍላቂ
