Okay so I saw a bunch of people in social media (and by people I mean guys) with black painted nails. And I know this has been around for a while now but I was wondering if it has a special meaning behind or if it is just a sense of decoration. I have also seen huge celebs like Chris Hemsworth and Zack Efron wearing those and I just got confused for a hot minute if it is a movement of some kind or something.
