You perspective is good 👏. But let me tell you this Usa had 29 president that were former soldiers(military). The difference b/n them and the leaders you mentioned is - the USA soldiers fight for their country then they become President But -our leaders fight to become the leader of the country then they fight for their country. So its obviously hard for them to let go since they fought to become leader.
