Admins pls aoprove its for the sake of all of us Guys please social media addiction is hurting our future, especially this younger generation who stays on our phone all day...And my question is why isnt anyone deleting their accounts like instagram, twitter, snap..or at least reduce our screentime b/c it surely is a matter that will affect our lives badly if we dont do sth about it now.

Nov 17, 2020I personally dont have all those accounts. I only have telegram and facebook. Thanks to an app called STAY FREE i have limited my usage time to a total of 2hrs a day for both. I dont think deleting would be a solution, self management could do a lot more better.
