Well UK is affordible if you get admitted but US has a greater pool of colleges willing to give financial aid for international students. This is just the financial prospect of it. If you have good scores on English proficiency tests(TOEFL or ielts ) I suggest UK but if you're an SAT person try out US. Either is good as long as you work hard and don't burn yourself out for it.
