Because we live in a misogynistic world and when a girl acts like a guy, she's strong, she's respected, and it's not very hard for her to be accepted.
But when a guy acts like a girl, people call him "gay", they insult him, they bully him, and they act as if he has "reduced him self to a lower level".
It's as if people think guys behaving like girls is beneath them.
And as a girl who has a guy best friend who was treated like shit for "only hanging out with girls" and bullying him for being different, I sympathize people like him.
If you want to behave like a girl, ignore the haters, okay. There are many people who will accept you as you are. And please don't try to change like my friend did because he ended up being an ass hole and being rude to girls because society has made it clear that to "act like a man" means disrespecting girls.
