Nov 03, 2019Not that fat still not fit...u are lucky to realise it early on...so watch after ur self exersice reduce stress and eat healthy...avoid bread, pasta, dinchi at all cost....warning its easy to keep ur weight where it is but its quit difficult to decrease ur weight once u get fat and ur skin is stretched out....despite u decrease it is quite easy for ur body to get back to where it was....so the secrete is not getting fat at all... or u will pay the bloody price once u get fat...its up to u to decide!!!!
