There are two ways into this: 1. Updated windows has a setting where you can delete all the installed programs without deleting files. Do that. It’ll get rid of the virus. 2. If that doesn’t work, I think the best way is to backup your drive and factory reset all the settings. Make sure all the files you copy don’t contain the virus (meaning after factory reset, scan the files before copying it again.
