I was doing that for about...10 years and last year i make a decision and i startd to use ''ye birr lastic'' for the first 2-3 week when i got high instade of doing fap started to slap ma hand by stretching the ''lastic'' and ur brain will learn itself instead of doing fad u will slap ur hand using ''lastic'' and more than this just pray by ur religion to free form this trap and i stopped like 4 moths ago

If u make it too the first 22 days ..... the rest are easy
