hey guys..hope u r doing well..it is just that 2 days ago i crashed my forehead in ma sleep with a wall...and yesterday i was massaging it with an ice to decrease the swelling but it didn't decrease it even got bigger and painful..so guys have u ever been there? or do u know any solution for the swelling other than ice compress?🤦♀Thanks in advance😉
