What is the right of a child who was born alive but died before 48hrs due to internal cause?
Nov 04, 2020The child is considered as viable child if he stays 48 hours but if he dies before it he can't be deemed as a viable child based on Ethiopia law. So if he stays he can aquire all the rights that every individual has including right to inheritance.
Nov 05, 2020As the law of person for achild to have a right he should be born alive and viable (survive 48h) but exceptionally he might be considered as viable even if he dies before 48hours by an external cause so the child ur asking might have a right like succession if he dies after48h since he dies by internal factory he will not have any right if it's before 48hours as per art 2&4 of the civil code
