Nov 03, 2020Obssesive Compulsive Disorder yimslal.... akrabiyah wdale pychiatrist hid.
Nov 03, 2020It's a mental disorder, OCD and it's a sign of anxiety, which might have came from past experiences...and don't freak out it's kinda common, you dont need to go to a psychiatrist or a therapist...but if you want you can
Nov 03, 2020It's kind of obsessive compulsive disorder I also have it to some degree like i usually check if i turned off the light 3 or 4 times And i also check if i turned off the mobile data 5 or 6 times so i started saying things like 'i have turned it off ' three times it has reduced my urge to check Am also suspicious like u so i started to believe my gut or the way they speak mnmn . But dear being suspicious isn't a bad thing i know kebeza it's not so doubt mtaregiyachewn sewoch atari if what they r saying is true for multiple times then for the next time u would trust them
Nov 03, 2020When u mean u turned the light off....cant u actually see if the light is on or off by seeing if there is light on the lamp tho
Nov 03, 2020Normal for now....but later it may develop to OCD
