Question for the folks who works at Banks.... is there a private or govt bank that can lend money with only taking collateral...i heard some ask if the borrower have a running business as a requisite so i would love to know which banks lend with only taking collateral.... and which bank is bank is preferable a private one or govt for such situations... its kind of very important so ur help is very appreciated.
