Tbh, i hate to generalize but many people who claim to be "proud oromo" or "oromo first" always tend to deny other ethnic groups and mainly Amhara people's struggles too. They always blame everything that happens on Amhara people, especially at this times where they're suffering the most. The current political situation might make it seem like all proud oromos are tribalists but this shouldn't make you less proud, don't let people guide you on your own identity, stay proud! ✊🏾🥰

Let me tell you my very personal opinion. I am not proud of being oromo neither Ethiopian. If God had given me the chance to choose my race and my nationality I wouldn't have choose to be here maybe I would have picked to be born in france, Sweden or Norway.
