You had gunfan like symptoms and suddenly a fluid showed up in your pleura. You are not telling us the full story. Is that TB? Complicated pneumonia? Were you sick like severely? Does that side of your chest hurt? If it doesn't have blood or pus(megel) but only a clear fluid, you don't need no tube or aspiration.
