Everyone will start to experience life in their own terms at some point. Please dont push her in to sth she hasnt shown interest in. You know how bad peer pressure can be and push people in to a bad decision for the sake of acceptance by friends. You seem like you genuinely care for her. So if you can, make a positive impact on her. Dating a guy isn't everything the world has to offer. Let her love herself first. Let her build her confidence, self esteem and stamina. Then if even she wants to get in to a relationship, she would know what to do for herself. And no she's not missing out on anything by keeping herself from dating. Being happy while being single is actually the greatest thing one can do for themselves. So try to help in a positive way if you can and also keep your other friend in Check. Cause she could be playing the devil advocate for possibly ruining someone's entire life.

It is probably better that you guys don't push it. Far as friends are concerned, it becomes your business when she comes asking for your advice and/or when she gets herself in trouble by making bad decisions enji y'all shouldn't make up topics that might possibly make her uncomfortable and insecure and lead her to grave mistakes.
