Ok I prefer getting answers on this one from absolutely certain individuals So I was looking to buy and use a bike in AA but turns there has been a law banning bikes in Addis for about 3 months now so my question is there any way I could buy and use a bike for personal use (not for businesses or deliveries) and what has happened to all the code 2 licensee plate bikes that were here before the ban?
