So guys am trying a lot to improve my computer skills I know one or two programing languages but it seems pointless so what language u advice me to learn

First you would have to know what you want to work on,do you want to make mobile apps or websites,computer softwares or work on AI,or is it on hardware projects like on arduino and raspberry pi. Once you got that sorted out it would be easier for us to suggest languages and frameworks.

Learn one programming language I recommend Java and master it. Use frameworks like spring framework and libraries like hibernate. Learn about SOLID principles, Object Oriented Programming, Dependency Injection etc Once u are very familiar with most of the concepts it is just going to be repeated in every other programming language and framework. So then u can move to JavaScript since u can do much if u want.
