I don't know about the other regions, but in Oromia and Somali regions there have already been preliminary steps to determine and negotiate on the upcoming elections. In Oromia, OLF and OFC together will carry off more than 90 percent of the votes. Not a single electoral district (Woreda) is expected to vote PP. In Somali region, if the current agreement between the ONLF and PP Somali breaks up, it is likely voting will take on clan lines. As such ONLF will carry the region.
