2100The programmers have access to the messages you send. In some cases, the bot could read everyone's message only since the time it joined your group. So if you're in a group, and the bot is there too, and most importantly, if you have MAJOR PARANOIA, the programmer might be able to read the messages you've sent to that group... But for that case, everyone else has read your message already so there's no reason for you to worry there.
