From ur history it seems u r asthmatic.(difficulty of breathing, family history and the medication u were given) U need to take ur medicine, but SABA (minefawe)are not enough , according to new guide lines every kind and stage of asthma should be treated with additional steroids. And asthma is a chronic illness which can only be treated but cant be cured so it requires regular follow up, start one.
