Use the Cosmo hub shampoo and conditioner they have no parabens and sulfate which is really good and to moisturize your hair stick to natural oils and i highly recommend using jamaican black castor oil mix it with other oils like coconut or olive oil and wash your hair only once a week -Use home made hair mask before washing your hair ( hair mask like egg and olive oil ,avocado and oil ) -Till your hair recovers stick to protective hair styles like braids and limit the amount of heat you use on your hair -avoid tight hair styles like a tight high ponytail or bun -trim your hair but not every often -never skip conditioner I'm not a professional I'm just telling you what worked for me
