I'm not a girl but I'm a pharmacist and yes if u take it within 72 hours But it depends up on which for eg Mela one (wh has one pill ) u only take once and there is post pill (woth 2 pills) wh u take with 12 he difference but let's say if u take one pill @ 12:00am and the other@ 12:30pm it has no effect cuz the time lag of 5min causes failure
