ADMINS PLEASE APPROVE Hello I'm a girl I'm 15 years old an eighth grade student and as you know there's ministry on grade 8 I have mental health issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD and paranoia but none of my family members know about it our family is known by our intelligence and my whole family is expecting me to have a point of 100 but I can't make it I can't focus on anything and I don't want to break their heart I really don't know what to do I need help please

Don't stress out this much yene konjo. Talk to your family about the situation you are in. And ask for their help. Tell your family about your diagnosis and let them accompany you when you visit your doctor. They also need help and should be informed how to handle your situation. You are only 15 and you need to be close and open to your family. I admire you for knowing your diagnosis and so many medical terms by this age. I can also understand that you have been through some though time before developing those illnesses. It's not wise of you to bear this burden alone specially if you have family or friends nearby you. My Dear, there's lot of life for future... Don't worry about this one. Just try your best and That's is it. Around 4 years ago , I was in similar position of yours. ( mine was somehow even intense , 12th). And, looking back It was really unnecessary. Belive me, Don't worry a lot.
