It's really up to any girl to try. But as someone in the business, I rarely see girls interested in the work. The business is always in demand of a different perspective.

Actually the culture has reversed now in the world! Programming used to be a "woman's" job. The first programmer was even a woman. Through time though it changed. I don't think programming is a man's job. I think is it's for everyone who has a bit computational skill and interest in the field.

Ok I don't know who told u that but I can only list two Male software programmers. The first software engineer ever (no one else understood) was a girl the woman that made the code for the moon landing ms Apollo was a girl most great computer achievements were made by women
