No. Diabetes can be managed, but it cannot be completely “reversed” at this time. Diabetes is caused by a) the pancreas inability to produce enough insulin and/or b) an immune response blocking cells from using some or all of the insulin the pancreas does produce. Both of these appear to be an autoimmune response gone awry. Once the damage is done, it cannot be undone
