Whenever I sent a normal phone message on USA number it said sent, but my mobile balance is still the same as it is before sending. Doesn't it cost for sending abroad messages on phone? How can I know that the message is truly sent? I have tried many times to send normal message on the phone, but it didn't reach there. What can I do? Please let me know the solution.
