21.5If it's taking too long to respond especially when accessing your files there's a high chance that your hard disk is failed (do a disk check ) and try to do a clean install (have a copy of your files first )if the problem still persist you should replace your Hard disk

190It's corona i know it Sanitize the bitch (with antivirus like avast rin boot time scan) If it doesn't work find a way to save ur files and wipe it clean and start all over again with new windows
