Hello there I've got a permanent resident pepper the (Green card) thinghie and I am coming to Ethiopia, but I don't have a valid passport (was expired long ago) can I enter Ethiopia? If no what are the possible ways for me to get into the country besides asking the embassy to fix my passport issue And who I can contact I've been calling what I belive is the number of the Ethiopian emigration affairs (+251111553899) but it don't sound it works Who should I talk to what can I do I hope I can get some help here Thank you
