Oct 24, 2020viruses like herpes simplex virus affect skin on the egdes of the lip. Once u r infected it could recur back whenever u are exposed to the sun, becasue the uv ray in the sun affects immune system and the body can no longer fight the virus. I hope this cleares ur confustion.
