It just differs, the way you get your facts and the way they does a research cross check their news talk to the victims here and there build up their reputations and expose the injustices. For example we all have a blurred story about the detained girls, While this institutions have the clearer image, and truth always isn't what the state sponsored mida tells u or what u want it to be true And as someone who does his job around this stuff It's always the dictator regimes that have issues with the facts presented by this organizations not only because they fear the truth but because of lack of accountability and since they interfere with the free unbiased work of the media (making their fan base think everyone else is lying and the regime is right) And the best examples for this case are the president of Egypt the regime in Syria To be honest most people in the capital of Syria think Amnesty and the Human rights watch are lying and aren't presenting their facts right they think this are western institutions built to ruin and destroy their "democratic expirince" But if you are worried about Mr.Ali don't worry he have the green light (from the strongest global powers) to do anything he wants as long as he have a pseudo election And he have a strong popular base in the capital (thought Mr.Eskinder had the people in Addis) but since no one is saying a word about his arrest the PM is cool and he can all the private and public media on his side I think he will righn for about 10 years as he stated.
