Try to clean catche files, and unused apps

Well the most likely culprit is a hidden file. Enable show hidden files, and locate it. Then decide whether to delete it or transfer it to an external storage.

Yes my phone does that too. If you have an external storage card copy all your files from the phone to the SD card and format your phone. If you have an impact text message or an important note in you notepad don't forget to screenshot it and copy it to the SD card ( Im talking from experience😞)

Go to file ➡️internal storage➡️android➡️data delete the data folder

Try to buy a memory Card ... If you don't want to delete anythin'

If there are any hidden files unhide them and check their size the names that start with . Like .thumbnails Gets hidden so unhide them and delete them.

Try to clear cache files ..check every folders delete unwanted file if it doesn't help you and if it's possible backup your files on pc and format your phone
