Yes its difficult bro, normally u take courses of all the other engineering departments..like a hybrid of them all u code, u study anatomy and physiology, biochemistry and stuff like that from che. engineering,biomechanics from mech engineering and stuff.. and because the streams are broad u have many places to apply for u can work in hospitals repairing devices or open ur own in private, u can work in rehabilitation places,research institutes or u can design ur own cool medical device or improve already made devices yes u can go abroad most of'em teach the major last time i checked it ranged around 60-130k per year(b/c ur thinkin about scholarship)
