Yo here's a question, "two neighbors go to a party somewhere and both get equally drunk, then after with both identical cars the first neighbor starts driving home 5 minutes before the other one and because the road was deserted reaches home without an incident, 5 minutes later the second guy starts driving and as he's driving a child darts out in to the road and because his reaction time is impaired due to the alcohol he's unable to stop or swerve in time to avoid hitting the child" so the question is who deserves more blame.
