271.5Seems to me, the only way you can access it again is after resetting your router. But if you do that then you'll also be resetting your ip address, port, and all other settings they've configured when installing it. So yeah, you'd have to have them come and do it for you! Don't reset it on your own though, because they may take time to come over to your place to fix it.
