I have been smoking and drinking and doing other staff For more than 4 years now I have tried to quit many time and fail and I finally understand why for me to quit I must also quit my friends and they are the best of the best we have been through a lot of fucked up shit and they’ve nvr let me down not once I tried to meet other ppl but no one can be like them Is there any one who was in my place? If their is what do u advice me

Oct 21, 2020...: Beating drugs and alcohol addiction depends on the person and what I mean about that is you must have accountability. Such as a support group and hang around people that does not do those things. I can imagine it can be tough but if you are tired of that life and want to live longer should be a motivator.

Oct 21, 2020You have to detach your self from the people that keep dragging you down with them. My fear is, you might find it hard after you cut em off suddenly. You might feel bad ( you shouldn’t but our feelings don’t ask for our permission sometimes , do they?..you said you guys hv many memories after all) n then go back to old habits again ... this is just my observation though. I’m in no way a professional so i could be wrong. it’s better to have someone who can guide you through the journey like a psychiatrist( I can suggest u a person if you want... or ateyayq)
