Hello guys this is a question for people who have been In the same place ... people hate me and gossip about me I have big things that I want to achieve but this is holding me back so what do u think I should do?

If they hate you they might be jealous of you or they think they will solve their own problems by hating you. Trust me I have been in the same situation things will change only low lifes hate and gossip. Forget about them.

Focus on yourself and what is important and not what other people talk. The biggest weight u can lose is the weight of other peoples opinions of you.
