But there are some racist extremists who are pushing the government's tolerance a bit too far(fortunately they are incarcerated at the moment). And these shouldn't be considered as tekawami either. These dingay ras people shouldn't be allowed to mix with other people; they should just rot in prison. So my point is there is a fine line between two of the points you mentioned in your question.
