the same thing happened to me. just go in person and tell them you want to Link your account with your Fayda. you don't need to mention the pending approval thing because there is nothing they will do about it. all they need is your Fayda number in order to link it with your account. if there is restriction to your account you need to wait one or couple of days and it will be automatically resolved.
