Hello people, so right to the point, i was offered a job to translate an Amharic thesis paper into English with out using AI; the pay is per page ,so i am asking what is the average compensation for these kind of requests ,since i don't want to get hassled. If it is important the thesis is degree level. Thank you for your responses in advance.
May 15, 2026I could also use your services, if you're good.
May 17, 2026Sure.
May 18, 2026I think 200 ETB per page would be fair enough. I heard that niggas who write thesis papers for students charge around 10k–15k for a degree paper. In your case, even though it’s translation, it’s still almost like doing a new paper because it requires understanding, rewriting, and maintaining the original meaning, even without doing additional research.
May 16, 2026i see, thx for ur insight cus i was offered much less than what u suggested.
May 16, 2026Can you tell me about the job? I want to work there.
