Oct 20, 2020there is something that helped me called sleep hygiene. So basically it is using your bed only for sleeping. Like when u decide to sleep u take nothing to the bed with u like no phone, tab mnamn nd u switch the light mnamn neger nd having a constant time to sleep...u can also drink sleep inducing drinks like warm milk before going to bed...I hope it helps

Oct 20, 2020People say milk works, sleep hygiene,exercise and figuring out why u can't sleep bt for me swimming helped a lot, I still have insomnia from time to time bt one time it got really worse and swimming got me better
