Hey there. I am a dude and I just wanted to ask women here about a certain topic. Do you think that masculinity is a set of defined characterstics every man should have and if a man doesn't have these masculine characteristics, do you lose respect for him? I am asking this because for some reason, some women disrespect me for not being what they perceive to be a 'masculine' man. I guess this is because I am a very calm guy who doesn't like conflict and drama. There have been times that the women I mentioned before have said "Be a man" to me as if I weren't one. I am not gonna change who I am but getting your feedback would really help me understand this stuff. Thanks!
May 08, 2026In my definition, a real man is the one who has a Gut to say NO, when he sees something he doesnt agree with, and the will to say YES when he see somthing he agrees with, Other than that everybody is different. A single mom, could say a real man is who love my child as his own A gold digger girl could say a real man is a man who pay for my every shits.. So girls mostly define masculinity based on thir desire. But if the comments are repititive, comes from many people you should check urself
