Sometimes I feel like this is because they way I grew up But I need a group of people who can value me include me and treat me as a normal person Is there any way that I can have this

I relate to a lot of what you said, especially growing up feeling hyper-aware of yourself and somehow always a little “different.” It can be exhausting acting okay while feeling disconnected inside. Just wanted to say you’re not alone in feeling this way. We should honestly make a small circle/group and just have real conversations about life and stuff.
