Helppp Got Hiv test at tenatabiya by health officer and they said all 3 tests show reactive so i have hiv confirmed and did a 4th one that shows how recent it was and said it is long term more than a year I could not accept the diagnosis because i never had sex parents dont have hiv and although i got blood splashed on me from patients none of them was postive so i did not take prep(I am a healthcare student fyi). this was done 5 month ago and i did not start medication because i wanted to retest at a private labratory. my question is what is the most specific test i should ask for at private lab and do false postives happen? fyi I am not in denial and i am down to start meds after confirming so no lectures please just help
