Guys, how do u clean your retainers? 😭 My doctor told me not to use toothpaste, and I’ve been looking everywhere for the cleaning tablets but I can’t find them. rn I’m just rinsing it with water, but that doesn’t feel clean enough. I started using dish soap, but I’m scared it might scratch it..... so how are you guys washing yours
