I literally can’t swallow pills....even if my life depended on it😭 I can only manage really small ones. big ones like Gofen? mayhon ngr nw. Last week I had to dissolve it in water and drink it. How do you guys do it without choking? Any tricks?

Apr 06, 2026I had that problem. The solution that worked for me is, i cover my nose as i swallow the pills. It works pretty well for me, maybe try that.
