Idk about prices regarding a room in houses but I do know that the latest pricing for condominiums around Gerji for 1 bedroom cost around 35-45k and somehow a 2 bedroom would go for 30-35k. Additionally a bed along with a couch(chair), refrigerator, TV(optional), stove, cooking utensils, and a drawer(clothet) would be essential items to start with. I hope this helps!
